| EMERGENCY | Fault is potentially dangerous, environmentally hazardous or could cause financial loss. REQUIRES IMMEDIATE RESPONSE | Within 2 Hours. |
| URGENT | A fault that is disrupting or impeding the ability of the company to conduct it's business normally (and/or) , a request that is out of the ordinary necessitating rapid response. | Within 24 Hours. |
| NORMAL | A fault or request that is routine in nature, requiring prompt attention but not urgent. | Within 5 Working Days |
| LOW | All other faults or requests not described above. | Within 10 Working Days |
