PRIORITY DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM RESPONSE TIME
EMERGENCY Fault is potentially dangerous, environmentally hazardous or could cause financial loss. REQUIRES IMMEDIATE RESPONSE Within 2 Hours.
URGENT A fault that is disrupting or impeding the ability of the company to conduct it's business normally (and/or) , a request that is out of the ordinary necessitating rapid response. Within 24 Hours.
NORMAL A fault or request that is routine in nature, requiring prompt attention but not urgent. Within 5 Working Days
LOW All other faults or requests not described above. Within 10 Working Days
